Laser Sintering

What is Laser Sintering?
Interfusion of raw plate in powder form at needed points by heating, melting and/or sintered by means of such energy sources as lasers or electron beams. When lasers are used as the energy source, this technique is usually called SLS (Selective Laser Sintering).

Wax pattern production, casting and smoothing, which required manual labor previously, will be automated by means of the Sinter Laser system.
After obtaining positive models from negative impressions, this model is integrated with the Sinter Laser System by means of a 3D digitizer (Scanner), scanned sensitively and then the 3D model of the patient's dental arch is transmitted to the computer.

In order to form the proper positioning of teeth within the arch, 3D modelling is performed and necessary measurements are made in a digital environment by means of CAD software.
Fixed substructure production, which used to be affected by such factors as the knowledge of dental technician, care they give, time they spend, material employed and quality of equipment, has been standardized and the possibility of human-made errors has been eliminated thanks to this system.

In addition, the fact that these materials, which require very sensitive and difficult conventional laboratory procedures, can be processed smoothly and conveniently, makes the extensive and efficient usage of the material class with high biological compatibility possible in the dental field.


Besides all of this, the fact that the problem of delivering cases on time even with experienced dental laboratories has been overcome and this enables dentists to implant the dental prostheses of their patients quicker than ever.

Owing to all these factors, it will be possible to produce biologically compatible dental prosthesis substructures in a shorter period of time and at much more reasonable costs by means of Sinter Laser Systems.
